auxalia & WESTCAM join forces in three ways
New corporate group focuses on sustainable development of sectors, markets & people
Hamburg (DE), Mils (AT), December 17, 2024 – The two technology providers auxalia & WESTCAM Group are joining forces with immediate effect. Construction meets mechanical engineering, north meets south and foresight meets innovative entrepreneurship. The joining of forces will take place via a joint holding company. auxalia & WESTCAM will remain as renowned and well-established company brands on the market. From now on, the new tech group will have a team of around 180 experts.
auxalia & WESTCAM, headquartered in Hamburg & Mils/Tyrol, have been among the leading providers of digital solutions for architecture & construction as well as product design, manufacturing & quality assurance for almost four decades. As certified Autodesk partners, they offer industry-leading software solutions along the entire lifecycle – including training, support, services and hardware.

To date, each partner has focused on one core competence: While auxalia scored primarily in the construction industry, WESTCAM’s focus was on product design & manufacturing. The Fusion thus strategically complements each other’s portfolio. The combined expertise of both companies results in a holistic platform portfolio. Together, the two companies are at the cutting edge and offer concrete solutions for the global trends of digitalization, automation and sustainability.
The new group is particularly quick-witted and unique thanks to its in-house software developments for the construction industry and specialized engineering services for design, production and quality assurance. The auxalia software tools & cloud solutions “Revit ProjectBox” and “PlantTools” for building technology and plant engineering, for example, have been tried and tested over many years. They help to make complex construction planning processes simple and efficient. WESTCAM has always stood for the practical concept of the “digital process chain”. From the idea, design, construction, simulation and production through to the quality check. With products and services for CAD, 3D printing, CAM, 3D-Metrology and PDM & MES. The new holistic platform sets new standards on the market in terms of versatility and innovative strength.
