Rough and detailed planning

Hummingbird MES provides companies with end-to-end production planning from rough to detailed planning. Thanks to the open system architecture, existing data and planning can be transferred from Excel or ERP systems.

Documents can be stored and resources allocated in a targeted manner during the planning phase. Planning is based on the real-time capacity utilization of the digital workstations and takes machine data from the Hummingbird machine data acquisition.

Active control included

Hummingbird takes into account and controls external services, incoming goods and dependencies between individual production steps. Functions such as automatic backward and forward scheduling or manual override enable particularly flexible and agile production control.

With Hummingbird MES, you can keep an eye on your production processes at all times. Real-time monitoring allows you to track the status of all machines and work orders.

In the event of deviations from the plan, corrective measures can be initiated immediately to maintain production. This transparency helps you to avoid bottlenecks and increase efficiency.

As a modern, mobile and modular system with an open API interface, Hummingbird integrates seamlessly into existing system landscapes.
