ExOne S-Print Pro

Compact Sand 3D Printing for Industrial Applications

ExOne S-Print Pro

The ExOne S-Print Pro™ is a compact, industrial sand 3D printer designed specifically for small and medium-sized foundries.

The system combines the proven quality and repeatability of the S-Max series with significantly lower investment and operating costs. This makes professional binder jetting economically accessible to a broader audience for the first time.

Highlights

Compact, efficient, and cost-effective

With a footprint of less than 12 m², the S-Print Pro is ideal for businesses with limited space.

Despite its compact design, it delivers industrial-grade performance and is particularly well-suited for small-batch production, replacement parts, and custom components. As such, it specifically addresses the needs of small and medium-sized foundries that require flexible and cost-effective production solutions.

New Printing Technology for Better Surfaces

Equipped with the latest generation of CoreBoost™ printheads, the system achieves a resolution of 400 dpi, enabling precise and highly detailed prints.

In addition, the optional StepX™ technology ensures in-situ surface smoothing, which significantly reduces the so-called “staircase effect” and further improves surface quality.

Optimized for productivity and ease of use

The S-Print Pro is designed for maximum efficiency in daily operation. Replaceable printhead modules simplify maintenance, while a dual-canister system and service-friendly components minimize downtime.

The intuitive user interface, familiar from the S-Max family, also ensures easy integration into existing production processes.

Versatile for use in the foundry

The system processes furan binders with quartz sand, as well as optional materials such as CeraBeads or silicon carbide.

This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications—from traditional casting cores to complex geometries for demanding industries such as automotive, mechanical engineering, and energy.
