Target group
Apprentices from the 1st completed year of apprenticeship
Prerequisites
Computer with Windows and Internet connection
Learning content
During the two-week CAD online live training course, you will learn basic CAD knowledge, the fundamental use of globally established CAD software tools and tips & tricks for the design and construction process. All knowledge content is taught using practical examples. The focus is on the applicability of the knowledge imparted to daily work.
Training times: Monday to Thursday – 08:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:30

- MODULE II (20. – 23.7.26): 3D design & topology optimization

- Introduction: 2D & 3D design & topology optimization
- Basic knowledge from the sketch to the finished component
- Basic handling & basic features of the software
- User interface AutoCAD & Inventor & Fusion
- Practical knowledge and common problems in CAD
- Tips & tricks for daily use

Subsidies
The WKÖ supports the costs of training apprentices outside of vocational school – in particular training associations, voluntary additional courses and additional vocational training. As a rule, up to 75% of the course costs are covered.
