Target group
Operators of lathes with main and counter spindles, multiple tool carriers and synchronized multi-channel technology.
Prerequisites
hyperMILL basic training 2D milling and hyperMILL MILL-TURN Basic and hyperMILL MILL-Turn extended.
Learning content
The training course on hyperMILL multi-channel turning is designed for users who want to accurately model their actual machine in the CAM system.
The focus is on complex turning-milling centers with multiple channels, main and counter spindles, B-axes, and turrets, as well as powered tools. The training also covers the control of auxiliary units such as the steady rest and tailstock. Topics such as the synchronization of multiple channels and NC code simulation are also part of the training.
Since machine configurations, manufacturing strategies, and requirements vary widely, this training cannot be offered as a standardized course.
The content is individually tailored to your machine, your processes and your objectives.
