“CNC Forward” – Digitalization & optimization in CAM programming | Advanced
Target group
Technicians and CAM programmers who want to analyze and sustainably improve their existing processes – with a focus on process reliability, increased efficiency and integration into existing processes.
Prerequisites
Basic CAM knowledge (e.g. “CNC Starter” course), practical application experience, solid knowledge of 3D programming, ideally experience with tool databases and internal production processes.
Learning content
“CNC FORWARD” – dIGITALIZATION & OPTIMIZATION IN CAM PROGRAMMING | ADVANCED
This practical advanced training course is aimed at advanced CAM users who want to take the next step in CAM programming.
The focus is not only on the application of advanced strategies, but also on the systematic inventory of existing CAM processes, their analysis and optimization with a view to efficiency, standardization and digitalization.
The training actively draws on the challenges and process breaks identified by the participants during the course.
This allows content to be adapted flexibly, specific problems to be addressed in a practical manner and individual solutions to be developed together with the trainers.
1. analyze & improve processes
Together, we examine existing CAM workflows, identify weak points and develop specific approaches for optimization.
2. efficiently implement complex machining operations
Participants learn how to use 5-axis and turning/milling strategies safely and economically – for precise results and less rework.
3. standardization & automation
Reusable templates, macros and feature technologies shorten programming times and stabilize processes.
4. digitalization & documentation
Digital routing slips, structured tool and strategy databases and traceable NC documentation create transparency and security.
5. individual solutions in practice
Based on your own components and tasks, we work together to develop immediately usable improvements – directly from practice for practice.
