In many companies, employees change jobs every few years – often because it’s not the right fit. Teams without much contact tend to work alongside each other rather than with each other and the working day quickly becomes monotonous. This has always seemed strange to us at WESTCAM, which is why we take a different approach!

Breaking new ground with a focus on the future! Our greatest assets are reliable employees and an agile corporate culture. With an average length of service of over nine years, we dare to say – we can do it together!

Living community

Working at eye level

Our hierarchies are flat and everyone can get involved. New ideas and a breath of fresh air are welcome , from interns to department heads. Everyone has a seat at the table and is encouraged to get involved.

Teamwork is essential for me. I know that I can always rely on my teammates and firmly believe that a strong team can achieve more than individuals alone.

Taiwan

From Turkey to Colombia & Brazil – Michael from WESTCAM Technologies reports :

Professional stays abroad are very different from vacation trips: You immerse yourself much more deeply in people’s everyday lives, get a feel for how they really live and work and experience the country in a completely different way.

Of course, these trips are all about work, but there have always been opportunities to gather private impressions and get to know the respective country better.

Mexico

In January 2025, our marketing employee Andreas had an extraordinary experience in Mexico City, where he was able to learn new marketing concepts at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and further his education at the largest campus in Latin America with around 350,000 fellow students.
