WESTCAMP | CAM, CNC for apprentices – 07/2026

During the two-week CAM online live training course, you will learn basic CAD knowledge, how to use the hyperMILL CAM software and tips & tricks for turning and simultaneous machining. All knowledge content is taught using practical examples. The focus is on the applicability of the knowledge imparted to daily work. > Learn more

Training times: Monday to Thursday – 08:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:30

Contents

• Introduction: CAD & design, subtractive manufacturing
• Basic knowledge CNC manufacturing
• Basic handling & basic features of the software
• hyperMILLuser interface
• Practical knowledge of milling, turning and simultaneous machining
• Tips & tricks for daily use

The participation fee includes the following services:

• Knowledge transfer by certified CAM trainers
• Training documents and exercise examples

Subsidies for additional apprenticeship training:

• The regular course fee is € 1.990,- for 8 training days (€248,75 per day)
• Up to 75% of the course costs can be subsidized, i.e. only € 497.50 for 8 training days (€ 62.19 per day)
